POPEYE'S BISCUIT TWIN

• 4 cups Pioneer Buttermilk Biscuit Mix
• 1 cup cold Sprite
• 1 cup lite sour cream
• 1/4 cup butter
  
  

1. Melt butter in bowl.

2. Mix all ingredients together and form biscuit. Mixture will be sticky.
Do not overwork: this is a drop biscuit.

3. Coat the biscuit on both sides with some melted butter and place
on cookie sheet.

4. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve warm
