CHEESY FISH FILLET BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

  • 1 package (11.4 oz.) GORTON'S crunchy Golden Fish Fillets
    OR Crispy Battered Fish Fillets
  • 2 packages (10 oz. each) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2. Grease a 7 X 11 baking dish.

3. Spread broccoli in dish.

4. Mix milk and soup; Pour over broccoli.

5. Sprinle with cheeses; top with fillets.

6. Bake, uncovered, for 25-30 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and
tops of fillets are crisp.

7. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.

Note: you can easily lighten this recipe up by using fat-free milk
and reduced-fat cheddar cheese.

                         Serves 4.
