ITALIAN CRAWFISH BROCCOLI PIE

  • 1 10-ounce box of chopped broccoli
  • 4 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 14-ounce box/bag of Chef's Seasoning (includes onions,
    celery, bell peppers, shallots, parsley, and garlic
  • 1 10.5-ounce can cream of shrimp soup
  • 18-ounce jar of Jalapeno Cheez Whiz
  • 1 cup chopped black olives (small can)
  • 1 pound cooked crawfish tails
  • 2 uncooked pie shells
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2. Steam broccoli in microwave with 1 cup water for 5 minutes.

3. Add soup and Cheez Whiz. Cook until blended.

4. Stir in olives, broccoli, and crawfish.

5. Pour into two pie shells and bake for 30 minutes.
