FETTUCCINE ALFREDO

1 cup (2 sticks) butter

1cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 pint heavy cream
-
White pepper
-
Garlic powder
-
Nutmeg
-
Parsley

Fettuccine noodles
1. Boil noodles as directed.
2. To make sauce, use a medium saucepan on low to medium heat. Melt
butter in saucepan, pour in heavy cream and mix until blended.
3. Add white pepper, garlic and nutmeg, stir well.
4. Remove sauce from heat. Slowly stir in Parmesan cheese (AFTER
REMOVING FROM HEAT).
5. Serve over pasta and garnish with parsley.
