8 ounces 2% or fat-free shredded Monterey Jack cheese

5 green onions, chopped

2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley

1 8-ounce jar fat-free Italian dressing

1 16-ounce can diced tomatoes

1 6-ounce can diced green chilies, drained

1 small can black olives, chopped
1. Mix and chill.
