PORK CHOP CASSEROLE

  • 4 - 6 seasoned pork chops
  • 3 large white potatoes
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 soup can of milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • Shredded cheese
1. In a skillet, with a small amount of oil, brown pork chops
on both sides just until brown.

2. Scallop potatoes in a buttered casserole dish. Season
potatoes with salt and pepper.

3. Slice stick of butter and place over potatoes.

4. Mix soup and milk, pour over potatoes and top with cheese.

5. Lay pork chops over cheese and potatoes. Cover dish with
foil and bake for about 1 hour at 375 degrees.

         This is a real man-pleaser!
