SHRIMP CASSEROLE

  • 2 pounds raw peeled shrimp or crawfish
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of shrimp soup
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1 large chopped bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms (optional)
  • 1 can mild Rotel tomatoes
1. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder or minced garlic, and a dash of hot
sauce to taste.

2. Sautee shrimp in a small amount of butter for about 3 minutes.

3. In a large bowl mix all ingredients and place in a large casserole dish.

4. Top with cheese and bake for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

               Tastes great with a salad or slaw and French bread.
