STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS

1. Debone 8 chicken breasts. On each put a thin slice of ham and a
slice of Swiss cheese.

2. Roll up and secure with toothpicks.

3. Put into large flat casserole dish.

4. Cover with 1/2 slice of bacon each. Sprinkle with garlic-parsley and
pour sauce over all.

SAUCE
  • Make a thick white sauce using oleo, flour and milk. To this add:
  • 1/3 cup wine
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion (add some green onion)
  • 1/3 cup parsley
  • 1 tablespoon garlic-parsley
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1. Stir until smooth and pour over chicken.

2.Bake, covered, 25 minutes at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour 25 minutes.
