STUFFED STEAK

  • 1 round steak, tenderized (by machine)
  • 1 pound sausage (bulk type)
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions
1. Flatten steak, spread sausage over it. Sprinkle with bread
crumbs and green onions.

2. Roll up jelly roll fashion and secure with toothpicks.

3. Place in 9" X 13" casserole dish and pour your favorite
spaghetti sauce over steak.

4. Bake covered in preheated 350 degree oven for 1-1/2 hours.

Serves 6-8.
