TWICE-BAKED CHICKEN

  • 5-6 chicken breasts
  • Flour, egg, milk batter for chicken

1. Fry for 1 minute on both sides with little oil

2. Place chicken in baking dish.

SAUCE
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup dried chives
1. Mix together in saucepan.

2. Pour sauce over chicken in baking dish.

3.Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees F. covered.
